RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at MISCHUN
We have a seven (7) day return or exchange policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have seven (7) days after confirmed delivery of your package to request a refund or exchange. Returns will be for exchange or store credit only.
If more than seven (7) days have passed since your package was delivered, no requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted. Where items are returned to us outside of this period, such returns will be rejected. .We will not be held responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Your item must be in the original packaging and original unused condition, as you received it, to be eligible for return or exchange. We will not accept merchandise that appears to have been worn, washed, or items having a distinct scent/odor. We do not accept damaged, soiled, or stained merchandise and items without clothing tags or otherwise not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear, hair, odor, and stains.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned & exchanged. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, & bodysuits.

Instructions for Return/Exchange:
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to info@MISCHUN.com, including the name associated with your order, your order number, your reason for requesting a return or exchange, and whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Item(s)
We run a multi-point check and thorough inspection of all garments before shipping to minimize and prevent issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you should have any order issues. In the event you receive defective merchandise or the incorrect size/item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery confirmation, to arrange for a replacement or exchange.
If you received damaged item(s) due to shipping & transit, please contact the responsible courier for assistance.
Order Cancellations
We may accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after order placement, providing your item(s) have not yet been shipped. We will not accept or process any cancellations if your item has already departed our fulfillment center.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Your return will be inspected, and you will be notified if the return is accepted or denied. If approved, you will be issued MISCHUN store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be excluded from the store credit amount. Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of defective merchandise or error at the fault of MISCHUN, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
*We request that all returned packages include tracking, and insurance as we are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow up to seven (7) business days after confirmed delivery for us to process your return and issue store credit.
