WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
Free Shipping on all orders over $150 to the US, Canada & Mexico.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of processing- excluding holidays, weekends and sales events.
International Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL depending on your location and selection at checkout.
MISCHUN is not responsible for international duties and tax fees. Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. MISCHUN is not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times, or incorrect shipping addresses. Parcel rejection or failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us, in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Please check with your local courier for more information on how COVID-19 directly affects your shipments with us.
Shipping Delays
Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our courier. Due to COVID-19, delays are possible. On a rare occasion, your package may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your MISCHUN.com account. If your tracking link does not work, you can visit the chosen carrier's website to manually input your tracking number.
Mail Carrier Returned Orders
MISCHUN is NOT responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. We kindly ask you to ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate* Once we receive the package and updated address we will attempt to redeliver the order at the expense of the customer.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable.
MISCHUN is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of your chosen carrier selected at checkout.
If your package is delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier’s office and file a claim through the respectful carrier as instructed.
Damaged MerchandiseALL MISCHUN PRODUCTS ARE THOROUGHLY & CAREFULLY INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPING. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged merchandise. For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping carrier to notify them.
INCORRECT ORDERS
